DRAGON WELL GREEN TEA

One of the most prized teas in the world. It has a sweet, rounded, and delicate flavor without the high level of astringency and tannins typical of green teas.

ACACIA HONEY

Gathered by wild bees in the Jammu region of the Himalayas, our rare organic honey is sustainably harvested and wildly collected using bee-friendly collecting methods.

BOTANICALS & HERBS

We traditionally brew by steeping whole leaf botanicals and herbs. We never use powders, flavors, or pre-made concentrates.

FRUIT

We use very little fruit juice. The juice we do use is always organic and not-from- concentrate. We do not use any natural “flavors” or anything ultra processed, such as stevia.

Our Brewing Process

 
 
 

We brew Jun Kombucha (green tea + honey + water) just how it’s supposed to be – small batch, open air, with a SCOBY (symbiotic colony of bacteria & yeast) on top. Put another way, we brew awesome non-alcoholic kombucha. The yeast eat the tea and honey, converting them to organic acids and a tiny bit of alcohol – but not enough. 

 
 
 
 
 

YOU ONLY LIVE ONCE, SO BREW IT TWICE.

This isn’t a mixed drink folks. We take our 100% Jun Kombucha and ferment it again. But this time, we add an alcohol-producing yeast and organic cane sugar and close the lid (quite literally). These happy yeast go to town on the kombucha brew, producing naturally occurring alcohol.
